Call Committee evaluating candidates

The Call Committee has received the Personal Identification Files (PIF) and the Self-Evaluation Tool (SET) on the 25 candidates submitted by Faith for consideration as our next pastor. The Indiana District also provided 12 additional candidate names. Each member of the committee received the PIF's and SET's for each candidate. They are now evaluating all candidates with the goal of narrowing the their individual list down to five preferred pastors.

The committee will then meet in early August to look at the preferred candidates with the hope of narrowing the list to 3-5 potential pastors. After that is accomplished, a special meeting of the congregation will be held to vote on the one man to call as our pastor.
