Faith to celebrate 50th Anniversary

Faith Lutheran Church will celebrate its 50th anniversary on Sunday, September 16, 2007. A special worship service will take place at 10:30 a.m. (Please note the change in regular worship time for this Sunday. Sunday School will begin at 9:15 a.m.)

The earliest history of Faith began in 1957 with rented space. Eventually the congregation erected a worship space and fellowship hall. In 1997 a building project began on the present and enlarged worship area.

Following the Divine Service a catered meal will be in the Fellowship Hall. Doctor Lawrence Rast of Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayrne will be our guest speaker after the meal. Reservations are required and can be made by phoning the church (317-462-4609) during regular office hours (9:00 am - 1:00 pm.) or by signing up in the Narthex no later than Sunday, September 9th.
